Coastline Construction and Renovation was established in 2015 by Santiago Perez, whose journey from immigrant to industry leader embodies resilience and purpose.

After arriving in the U.S. from Uruguay in 2002, Santiago worked his way up from laborer to project manager, an ascent driven by a deep commitment to craftsmanship and excellence. With the encouragement of his former employer, he founded Coastline to reflect his core values: quality, safety, and family.
