ABOUT

Coastline Construction and Renovation was founded by Santiago Perez. Santiago immigrated to the US in 2002 from Uruguay and began working as a laborer. Over the years he advanced his career from being a laborer to a superintendent and eventually began estimating and managing projects. With the desire to grow and build a company founded on the values of family, quality work, and safety, Santiago approached his former boss with the idea of him starting his own company. In 2015 Coastline Construction & Renovation was founded with Santiago as the Owner & President.
